SPARK Path helps professionals and teams build real AI capability. You take the SPARK Score assessment, receive a score across eight competency areas, and follow a training path matched to your results. SPARK Path is sold to individuals and to organizations that purchase access for their people.

2.Information we collect

Information you provide to us. When you create an account, take the assessment, purchase training, or contact us, we collect information you give us directly, such as your name and email address, your job title and organization where you provide it, and any information you provide through forms, surveys, applications, or support requests.

Assessment responses. When you take the SPARK Score assessment, we collect your answers and the score and competency profile generated from them. Assessment responses are self-reported and may include information about your role, your organization, and how you and your team currently work with AI.

Training activity. We collect information about how you use the trainings, including which paths and modules you access, your progress and completion status, your responses to in-training exercises and challenges, and any feedback you give us.

Information from your organization. If an organization purchases access for you, we may receive your name, email address, role, and other information provided by the organization in order to enroll you.

Coaching and live sessions. If you book coaching or attend a live session, we collect the information you provide to schedule and attend it, along with anything you choose to share with us during the session. We record or transcribe sessions only where the participants have consented or we have another legitimate legal basis to do so.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we and our analytics providers may collect device and usage information — such as your IP address, browser type, pages or features used, and similar activity — through analytics technologies, including cookies and similar tools. Some of the forms we use set their own cookies.

3.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including scoring your assessment, generating your results and recommendations, and delivering trainings;
• Create and secure your account and process your purchases;
• Deliver your results to you, including by email;
• Deliver coaching, live sessions, and customer support;
• Report to your organization on your participation and results, if your organization purchased your access (see Section 4);
• Monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service;
• Understand how the Service is used through analytics;
• Develop and improve our trainings, our assessment, and our published research (see Section 7);
• Send you marketing or promotional communications where legally permissible;
• Administer our affiliate program, if you participate in it;
• Conduct research and product development; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your information for paid third-party advertising.

4.Team and employer accounts

If your employer, firm, or another organization purchased SPARK Path access for you, that organization is our customer. People it designates — typically a manager or program administrator — may be able to see information about your participation, including your enrollment, which trainings you have started and completed, your SPARK Score, and your competency profile.

Measuring capability is the purpose of a team program, and organizations that purchase SPARK Path do so in order to see where their people stand and how they progress.

Your organization's use of this information is governed by its own policies and its relationship with you, not by this Policy. If you want to know what your administrator can see, ask them or email us at [email protected].

If you purchase SPARK Path for yourself, your results are yours. We do not share your individual results with your employer or anyone else.

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

Service providers. We use third-party providers to operate the Service. They process information on our behalf in order to provide services to us. These include providers of course hosting and accounts, forms and assessments, workflow automation, AI processing, document generation, email delivery, payment processing, cloud storage, analytics, and scheduling.

Your organization. As described in Section 4.

Payment processing. If you make a payment, it is processed by an independent payment provider, which handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Grey AI.

Business transfers. If Grey AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6.Artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence to operate the Service. When you complete the SPARK Score assessment, your responses are processed — including through automated workflows and by AI service providers acting on our behalf — to generate your score, your competency profile, and your recommended training path, and to produce the results we send you.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

We also use AI tools to produce our training content, including AI-generated voice and video. That content is created in advance from our own scripts and our own team's likeness. Your information is not used in that process.

Your SPARK Score describes your self-reported AI capability and the training we recommend for you. We do not use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

7.Research and published insights

We use assessment and training data to improve the Service and to develop benchmarks, research, and published insights about how professionals and organizations are adopting AI.

When we publish findings of this kind — in reports, articles, marketing materials, or social content — we use aggregated or de-identified information only. We take measures designed to ensure that de-identified information cannot reasonably be linked back to you, we maintain and use it only in de-identified form, we do not attempt to re-identify it, and we require anyone who receives it from us to do the same. We do not identify you, your individual responses, or your employer in anything we publish without your permission.

Feedback and testimonials. If you give us feedback about the Service, we may publish it. We publish it anonymously or by first name only unless you have agreed to fuller attribution.

8.Affiliate program

If you join our affiliate program, we collect the information needed to enroll you, track referrals, and pay commissions, including your name, email address, and the email address linked to your payout account. You provide your banking details directly to the payment provider, not to us; we do not receive or store them.

9.Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain the security of the Service, and residual copies may persist in our backups until they are cycled out in the ordinary course.

10.Security

We take the security of your information seriously. We protect data in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption, and we select service providers that offer industry-standard security protections. We limit internal access to your information to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Service.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.How to reach us about your information

You can review and update your account information by logging in to your account. If you would like to review, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If your organization purchased your access, your organization may keep its own records of your participation.

12.Children's privacy

SPARK Path is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

13.Your choices and tracking signals

Cookies and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Marketing email. We send marketing email only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send you messages about your account, purchases, and trainings.

14.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
