Charlotte is the Founder & CEO of Grey AI, an AI products company building tools that help individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations assess their AI maturity, deploy AI systems, and operate at the speed of modern business.
She is also a technology attorney with 15+ years of experience advising global companies on AI governance, data privacy, product strategy, and regulatory compliance. She has chaired AI Risk Committees, developed enterprise-wide responsible AI frameworks, and guided companies through high-stakes cybersecurity incidents, cross-border data matters, and global product launches.
Before founding Grey AI, Charlotte held senior legal and operational roles at leading Silicon Valley companies, including Meta, X, and others. Her work advancing inclusive AI product development at Meta earned her recognition as a California Woman Leader in Tech Law.
Charlotte is also a mother of three and the author of Brainy Billy Builds a Bot, a children's book introducing AI fundamentals to the next generation of builders.
